Individuals: book 4–48 hours ahead, Groups (6+): book at least 72 hours ahead

Before We Arrive:
Clear 120 sq. ft. space for setup, Therapist arrives 15 mins early, Ensure easy parking/access, Outdoor services need shade

Payments & Policies:
Pay in full after service, Missed payments charged with 20% gratuity, $15 stair fee (10+ steps, no elevator), No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows

For Groups:
One host payment required, Guests should pay host before session, Prefer separate payments? Book individually online
