Booking & Scheduling
What are your hours?
We’re open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Can spa fees be reduced for groups?
No. Larger events require more setup and team coordination.
How do I book?
Book online at www.i-thriv.com. Individual sessions: 24–48 hrs notice. Groups (6+): 72 hrs notice.
What should I know before booking my i-thriv session?
Accurate Address: Enter the correct service address and include clear directions, especially if you're in an area with limited GPS coverage.
Current Contact Info: Double-check that we have your active cellphone number in case your provider needs to contact you.
Correct Date & Time: Please review your booking details carefully before confirming. You are responsible for selecting the correct appointment time and date.
If an incorrect time or date is booked, you may reschedule your appointment. However, refunds will not be issued for booking errors.
Can I request a male or female provider?
Yes. You can indicate your provider gender preference when booking. While we’ll do our best to accommodate all requests, availability may vary.What if I live in a gated community or apartment?
Please provide access details when booking—gate codes, parking instructions, or entry directions—to help your provider arrive on time.Do you charge a travel fee?
We serve most areas without added fees. Extended service zones may include a travel surcharge. You’ll be notified during booking.When is payment due?
Immediately when booking or choose to make a deposit.Group payments?
Host pays in full. If guests want to pay individually, each must book online.What if the therapist is late?
They arrive 10–15 min early. If late, your session will still be provided for the full scheduled time.What if I'm late?
Your session may be shortened if the therapist has another booking.Cancellation policy:
Same-day: Full charge
72 hours: 50% charge
1 week: No charge
Refunds?

How long are i-thriv in-home massage sessions?
Sessions are available in 60, 75, 90, or 120-minute options. All sessions are customized and delivered to your home, office, or vacation rental.What's included in massage sessions?

Quiet 120+ sq. ft. space, easy parking, share codes in advance. Outdoor sessions require shade.What should I wear?

Health, Safety & Conduct
Do you follow any health or hygiene protocols?
Yes. Providers follow strict hygiene standards. Tables and tools are sanitized before and after each session. If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule.
Are there any health conditions that may prevent me from booking a session?
Yes. If you have a fever, contagious illness, recent surgery, or serious medical concerns, consult your healthcare provider before booking.
Is my personal information or session private?
Yes. All client information is kept confidential. Your privacy is respected and never shared.
Pets or children in the room?
Pets must be out of the room. Children must be supervised by another adult.
Bad weather for outdoor sessions?
Move indoors or reschedule. No refunds.
Inappropriate behavior policy?
Zero tolerance. Any violations are reported under CA Penal Code §647(b).
Contacting providers directly?
Prohibited. Doing so removes both client and provider from the platform.
