Silver Liner Mobile Massage Studio will arrive at your appointment 30-60 minutes early. It is our responsibility to ensure that your session starts as scheduled. Allow 30 minutes for check-in and changing of clothes prior to your treatment session. This will give us enough time to set up and go over your Massage Intake Form which you can copy, print and fill out before your treatment service.
We do require 1-3 week notice for any standard corporate office chair massage or in-home spa party
We do require 3-4 week notice for Spa Party, Corporate Office or Events outdoors for our Mobile Massage Studio (Airstream Trailer)
As of June 23,2020, Silver Liner will be asking for a valid credit card, email, name, and phone number to reserve any of our service treatment. Each service will have a nonrefundable deposit of 50% at the time of the reservation. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and text at 949.606.4081 at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to inform us at least 24 hours in advance we will have to charge you 100% of the price with your card on hold.
Anyone who fails to show up to their appointment without prior no contact will be considered a “no show”. No shows will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Arriving late or Starting Late
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. However, we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
We have two weeks (14 calendar days) to choose to charge your credit card. If we do so, you will receive an email notification, informing you of the appointment cancellation and any resulting fees. You will be reminded of our policy if you attempt to cancel outside of your cancellation window.
Cards are charged to enforce our cancellation policy. Should your card be declined, we ask for another form payment. If you refuse to agree to our cancellation policy, nor give another form of payment, we will have to take legal action.
Same-day booking and same-day cancellation will be charged at the full price.
Hairstyling and barber services are offered to persons of all ages. Facials, manicures, and pedicures are available to people 16 years and older. Massage and body treatments are reserved for ladies and gentlemen of at least 18 years and up. Parents must be present for all persons under 17.
We will provide a service to our guests whose health status does not indicate any contraindications to any of the services we provide. We will not and do not diagnose any illness or disease or perform any medical treatment.
Silver Liner Mobile Massage Studio requires a small deposit depending on the service you reserve with full payment due in person after the service has been completed.

At Silver Liner Mobile Massage Studio we will not tolerate any requests for sexual services as well as provocative or violent behavior. Violations of this policy will result in termination of the session and the filing of a sexual harassment complaint with local authorities.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
If you suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, blood clots, deep vein thrombosis or are going through a pregnancy, or if you have recently had surgery, were involved in any kind of physical accident or suffer from any serious health condition we will need your doctor's approval before we can proceed with any of our services. Silver Liner Mobile Massage Studio does not perform services on individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of controlled substances, have been sick in the last 72 hours or suffer from fever, acute illness, infection or open sores at the time of their appointment.
Gift cards can only be redeemed at our location or on a mobile service
They cannot be used online at present

I understand that the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). I further understand that COVID-19 is extremely contagious and may be contracted from various sources. I understand COVID-19 has a long incubation period during which carriers of the virus may not show symptoms and still be contagious.
I understand that I am the decision maker for my health care. To the best of their ability, my practitioner will provide me with information to assist me in making informed choices. This process is often referred to as “informed consent” and involves my understanding and agreement regarding recommended care, and the benefits and risks associated with the provision of health care during a pandemic. Given the current limitations of COVID-19 virus testing, I understand determining who is infected with COVID-19 is exceptionally difficult.
I understand that preventative measures and intensified sanitation protocols intended to reduce the spread of COVID-19 have been implemented. However, because this work involves close physical proximity over an extended period of time in a closed space, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. I hereby acknowledge and assume the risk of becoming infected with COVID-19 through this treatment and give my express permission to you and the staff at your offices to proceed with providing care.
I KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY CONSENT TO THE TREATMENT WITH THE FULL UNDERSTANDING AND DISCLOSURE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH RECEIVING CARE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. I CONFIRM ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED TO MY SATISFACTION.

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients.
