The Silver Liner Mobile Massage Studio will be asking for a valid credit card, email, name, and number to reserve any of our service treatments. Each service will have a nonrefundable deposit at the time of the reservation.
We do require 24-hour cancellation by email (info@silver-liner) and text at 949.606.4081 to cancel your service. If we fail to do, so we will have to charge you 100% with your card on hold.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment with no contact will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Arriving late appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however, we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
We have two weeks (14 calendar days) to choose to charge your credit card. If we do so, you will receive an email notification, including any information, informing you of the appointment cancellation and any resulting fee. We will also be reminded of your policy if they attempt to cancel outside of your cancellation window.
Payment cards are charged to enforce your cancellation policy. Should your card be declined, we ask for another form of a new payment method. If you refuse agreement of the cancellation policy, nor give another form of payment, we will have to take legal action.
Same day booking and same-day cancellation, we will charge 100% plus 20% of the service price.
DAY OF BOOKING \ SAME DAY BOOKING
If you cancel your spa party or event, the deposit is non-refundable; but you can use it to re-book another party or event within 60-90 days of the event or party you scheduled and cancelled.
If you try to cancel services being done, or the technicians you booked, or we booked for a party or event, you must do so 14 days before your party or event. If you do not, you will be charged for those services/technicians in full per guests.
If numbers of people you book for a party of event do not all show up, cancel, postpone, change their mind, you will still be charged for the numbers of people you booked, the day you booked, or on the 14 days confirmation before your party or event.
Booking with No-Show Protection
Silver Liner clients are required to provide card information to book appointments, and we can determine whether or not to charge you based on our cancellation policy. Silver liner clients will see a pending $1 charge to your card, but this is a temporary hold and won’t be processed. If we choose to charge a cancellation fee, we can do so up to 14 days after the appointment.
